    Claimant’s Information

    To request a Return Goods authorization number, please fill out this form and hit submit at the bottom. This will send an email to the warranty department. Please allow 1 business day to process the request. We will email you back with the Return Goods number. This number must be obtained before shipping a unit to SEI. Please fill out the information as accurately as possible. If some items are missing we may not be able to provide an RG number right away.

    Product Information

    This section pertains to the product you need to open a claim for. Serial numbers are located on red tags on the units. If the claim is for a sterndrive, the 6 digit SEI serial number (located in between the halves) is required from both the upper and lowers if you are returning both halves for warranty. If you are returning just one half, please put the serial number in the appropriate spot. If the claim is for an outboard lower unit, the serial number will be visible when the unit is removed from the midsection.
