I just received your drive yesterday. My freind and I spent the day installing it. It went very smooth. Our only problem came wiyh the shift cable, no fault of the drive. Turns out if you have the old style cable and you have to replace the bellows your better off cutting it and replace it with the new style. The drive works great on the muffs, we will get it in the water tomorrow.

Just a follow up, had the boat in the Erie Canal (never far from land if you have problems) the drive performed flawlessly. It shifted smoother than the alpha ever did, was very quiet. We ran it for almost 2hrs. Forward, reverse, full throttle. No problems. Looking forward to a summer on the lake.
