2001 Johnson 200hp

We need a new lower unit for our 2001 Johnson 200hp. I know it has a 25" shaft as a mechanic told us. What shaft would we need to buy to replace it?
Also, when you ship these out does that shaft and water pump come already attached to the lower unit or do we have to install them?

You would have to install them. A 2001 would already have a two piece shaft, so you would just reuse your current upper drive shaft.
