Do you guys send out the replacement parts or do I have to buy the entire lowerunit from you?

We sell replacement parts but it is usually cheaper to buy the complete assembled lower unit from us unless you only need something minor. You also benefit by getting a 3 year fault free warranty when purchasing a new unit from us.
