Which prop hub?

My friend just picked up a new rubberized prop hub. Mine seem to be more of the hard plastic type. I guess I like the newer rubberized hubs based solely on the principle that rubber would give more freely and sooner than plastic.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Either hub style may be used. The rubber hubs will not "give" any sooner than the plastic ones.
