Hi I click on SE106 installation guide and all I get is a blank page with a little box in the upper left corner with a x in it can you help me out thanks.

The files are working for me, so I'm guessing that you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. It is a free program and is available for download at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

I don't think your support pages are working right i don't remember if it was the support pages or not. But i did get a web error on one of them

its a "Page cannot be displayed or page cannot be found
one of those.
