bought a new se 106. what is the recommended break in procedure? And can you oil the drive properly without a pump?

You can only add oil to the drive properly by using a pump. You must pump the oil in through the lower drain plug hole until it comes out of the upper vent plug hole. Once you get a steady flow coming out of the vent plug hole, reinstall the vent plug before removing the pump fitting from the lower to minimize oil loss.
