I will be replacing my alfa 1 with a complete SE106. What other parts do I need to complete the job (bellows, shift cables etc.) ?

If I apply anti-foul paint to the outdrive is the warranty still in effect ?

You need to inspect your bellows, gimbal bearing and shift cable. Replace as needed. The use of antifouling paint does not affect the warranty.
