1969 Mercruiser 3.0 4cylinder 140

Ok i need a lil help here...i got a 1969 mercruiser 3.0 inline 4 cylinder 140. I Need the gear ratio and a parts source for trim hoses and all bellows. The lower unit is Pre alpha i believe but im not sure any info appreciated, Thanks in advance

It should be 1.98/1 ratio.
The serial number would go a long way.I`ll take a guess
Bellows MC 36223A2 ,#1 units without ridge
shift boot MC 74639
exaust boot MC 32743A3

I agree with Bt Doctur on the ratio and u-joint bellows. The shift bellows should be part number 31659, the exhaust bellows #32734. The trim lines should be #45973 (stbd) and #45974 (port).
