Installation of lower unit se116

What parts should I replace when installing the lower unit se116 to my old alpha one Gen II upper? Please list the part numbers and names . I see several gaskets and seals in the water tube and around the main shaft (lower unit) all look somewhat brittle and old. Pretend that your are performing the installation of the lower unit!!!

The only item that you could replace is the upper water tube grommet. Everything else is either inaccesible without dissasembling the upper or included with the new lower. The grommet part number is 26-88397
