SMOKE COMING OUT OF O/D

O/D UNIT IS 3 MONTHS OLD ....SMOKE IS COMING OUT OF EXHAUST .....WATER TEMP IS IN THE RED JUST IDLING .....NO NOISE'S IM THINKING WATER PUMP, MERC FWC ENGINE,CLEANED INTAKE HOLES IN O/D :evil: WHAT ELSE CAN IT BE.......

I answered your email yesterday. You definately need to get the impeller checked first. That is the highest wear item in the whole system. You could also have a thermostat that is stuck closed.

found out it was the impeller sleeve that was spun.new thermostat also was installed last week.
