I have a 143/4x21 stainless what would help get more rpm and bow lift??

You will gain approximately 200 RPM for every inch in pitch you drop. You should try and closely match wide open throttle RPM recommended for your motor. Getting the bow up is mostly weight distribution and trim angle.
