se 106 has water pressure coming out of weep hole

i just switched my type r stern drive to a 106 and running it with muffs on i have a solid stream of water coming out of weep hole is this normal is water supposed to come out of there

That weep hole it to drain the cavity at the front of the drive. The area between the upper and lower is where all the exhaust water goes through, so it will definately get into that area.
