Seized Gear Case

Just getting to the end of the break in period on my "new" gear case, got to the lake today and motor would turn over and stop suddenly. Took gear case off and am unable to turn the input shaft in forward, reverse or neutral. Prop turns fine in neutral. Pulled drain plug and was full of filings and gear oil was milky. What gives????? Kids were pretty dissapointed today.....

As discussed on the phone, call the warranty department tomorrow with the serial number. They will get you taken care of.

Should be able to get more than 20 hrs of service out of these things, sure it is warranted but I have to spend $100 to ship it back wait two weeks for it and spend another $100 to have it shipped back to me.

I apologize for the issue. If I recall correctly, you are in Canada. Our warranty does not cover international shipping. If you are anywhere near the border we can ship it to any location in the Lower 48 states at no charge.
