Screw Size for SE106?

What is the diameter and thread size of the screw that goes through the oblong washer on the lowermost stud on the right hand side of the bell housing. I did not purchase the install kit. The screw on my Alpha One is 10-24x3/8. The diameter of the Alpha One screw is too small for the SE106. The next standard size up is 1/4x20x1/2, and this one is too big. Does anyone know what size the screw that goes throught the oblong washer and into the SE106 should be?

You would need to use a 1/4 inch self tapping screw. You may need to drill out the oblong washer to fit if it is to small for a 1/4 screw.

What is the need for the threaded hole? Can you leave this hole open or does it need to be sealed?

It is to hold a grounding washer. It is not needed, feel free to seal it with some silicone, or leave it be. Either way is fine.
