Boat is an '87 powered by a 3.0 Cobra drive. The drive is toast, so I want to do the conversion. What kit will I need, & what will it run me cost wise? Once I place my order, how long will I have to wait for it to be shipped? Thanx.

We have everything in stock, so it would ship within a day, if not the same day. You would want to purchase the conversion kit, install kit, anode kit and a 1.94 ratio drive. If you look at the conversion kit product page and scroll down, you will find all of the parts you need. The total cost is around 1900-2000 depending on where you are. You can add everything to your cart and get the shipping costs before entering your card info.

Ok, what's the difference between the SE106 & the SE116 with a 1.94 gear ratio? I'm asking because of the cost difference & I plan to sell the boat anyway when I do the conversion. Thanx.

Both drives are similar, however they do not interchange, so you will need the SE116.
