Need to know what ratio/shaft length of lower to order.

I am not sure where to take the measurements for the shaft length or how to determine what ratio I need.

I am assuming that the serial number actually starts with OT and not QT. If so, it will be a 1.87 ratio SE206. To measure the shaft you will need to remove the lower and measure from the top of the driveshaft down to the mounting surface of the lower casing. If you measure 23 inches it is a 20 in unit. If you measure 28, it is a 25 inch unit.
