Previous owner stated he replaced lowers 5 years ago. The starboard had the same SEI 106 serial number plate location/style that my new ones had. The port lower however has only a serial number sticker at the bottom of that cavity which is hard to read but seems to say only 051637 (stamped into the sticker). The water pump is also white instead of black on the other SEI lowers, but that could have been replaced.
Is this one of yours, or is this an OEM lower? From the outside, I had no idea they weren't both the same (which is a good thing since yours is half the price!)
