Products will usually ship within 48 hours of being placed. If there is any delay the Sales department will notify you.

All sales are secured by a credit card, including COD shipments. All COD's will be assessed a $10.00 charge.

SEI does not accept personal checks, but does accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

If the customer requests a COD shipment the payment method will be COD Secured which will be a Cashiers Check or Money Order only.

There is an additional $10.00 COD fee.

Internationally, SEI accepts Wire Transfers or Money Orders drawn on US Funds. You will be provided with Transfer instructions after contacting the Sales Department.

Credit card authorization will be used for any of the following charges:

  1. If the order is cancelled for any reason after it has been shipped, you will responsible for round trip freight and a 10% restocking fee.
  2. If an address change is needed the customer will be charged a $10.00 per package. We do require a signature on all shipments.

Any disputes arising from this sale must be brought about in the Pinellas County Courthouse in Florida.
