Items purchases from SEI may be returned for a refund for up to 60 days after the date of shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Open items will be accepted only if all the original components are included. This policy does not apply to any item that has been assembled, installed, used or rented. Damaged or defective items must be documented as such by the returns department prior to returning to be accepted for credit. All new returns will be processed for merchandise only (net of any shipping charges paid to SEI) and are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

A new return authorization number must be issued by the Returns Department and written clearly on the the packaging to ensure proper credit. To request a new return authorization, please call 813-925-7127.

You are responsible for the return of the merchandise to SEI. Be sure to properly package your item(s) in order to prevent damage in shipping. SEI recommends using an insured carrier with a reliable tracking system to return your merchandise. Please retain the tracking number in the event of any loss or damage during shipping. SEI is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

Please allow 48 hours upon confirmation of receipt of goods for SEI personnel to process your return. The appropriate refund will be generated and returned in the same manner in which the original payment was receive, normally within 5-7 business days.
