These replacement drives and outboard lower units, including all of the internal parts, are fully compatible and interchangable with the OEM drives. At our low prices, it is virtually impossible to justify spending the time and money to repair a worn-out drive. In addition, the drives come with a three-year warranty.

Replaces MerCruiser's® R/MR/Alpha One® sterndrive (1973-91)
A complete unit is your best buy. However upper and lower units are sold separately. Upper units are available in your choice of 1.47, 1.62, 1.81 & 1.94 gear ratios. Lower units available with counter-rotation.
SE116™
Replaces MerCruiser's® Gen II sterndrive (1991-present)

Upper Units are available in your choice of 1.47, 1.62, 1.81 & 1.94 gear ratios. As with all SEI products, upper and lower units feature all new parts throughout. Lower units available with counter-rotation.
SE121™
Replaces MerCruiser's® Bravo One I/O

This lower unit features all new parts throughout and our unbeatable 3-year fault free warranty.

Replaces most Yamaha® 90° V6
